Freedom Camping was started by a very small team in Christchurch in 2005. Freedom Camping set out to create a premium camping brand that offered high quality product customers could trust to work year after year. Freedom wanted to offer this product at prices people could afford. After months working with some of the best tent factories in the world and summers travelling around New Zealand’s favourite camp sites, Freedom Camping was born.
