The frame bends when cycling but doesn't round out when stuffed full. The 3L hydration pocket doubles as an internal pocket. Each size has 20cm of back-length adjustment. If you use it regularly for cycling, choose the small size. This gives good helmet clearance and will fit tall riders on the longer back-length settings.  This pack allows superb agility with gluelike stability.
