Your Account: To join the club, you'll need to provide a valid email address. This is how we'll keep in touch.

Keeping in Touch: By joining, you agree that we can send you emails and/or standard post about all the good stuff: your member benefits, exclusive offers, and sales.

Opting Out: You can opt out of our promotional messages at any time. No hard feelings!

Your Privacy: Your personal info is safe with us. We follow the Privacy Act, and you can read our full Privacy Policy here for all the details.

Updating Your Details: Details changed? You can update all of your personal information anytime by logging into your account.

Heads-up on Cancelling: If you do cancel, please know that any Equip+ Loyalty Points you've saved will be forfeited, and the account cannot be reinstated.

How to Earn Points and Receive Perks: To get points and perks online, you must be logged into your account before you check out.

Don't Miss Out! We can't add points or apply discounts after a purchase is made if you weren't logged in, so please double-check!

What You Don't Earn Points On: You earn points on awesome gear! The only exceptions are gift cards, freebies, repairs, or service work.

Points Aren't Cash: Your points are great for discounts on more gear, but they can't be exchanged for actual cash.

Layby: Setting up a Layby? Awesome! Your points for that purchase will be applied to your account after the final payment is made.

Returns: If you return an item, any points you earned for it will be deducted. If you bought an item using points and you return it, those points will be refunded right back to your account.

Staying a Member: If you keep using your membership after we've made changes, it means you accept the new T&Cs.

Cancelling a Membership: EquipOutdoors can cancel any individual's membership at our discretion. We also reserve the right to terminate the entire loyalty program at any time without prior notice.

Lost Mail: We do our best, but we're not responsible for any emails or mail that get lost, delayed, or stuck in a spam filter. (We recommend adding us to your safe-sender list!)

Our Standard Delivery Times
Once your order is dispatched, here's the usual timeframe:
North Island: 1-3 business days
South Island: 3-5 business days
Rural Delivery (RD): Living the rural dream? Awesome! Just add an extra 1-3 business days to the timeframes above.
About Your Free Member Shipping
How it works: Your free shipping (on orders over $150) is sent on a non-urgent basis. This is what lets us offer it for free!
Need it in a hurry? If your trip is just around the corner, please let us know. We can arrange an urgent delivery, but it may have an extra charge. We'll always contact you to confirm any costs before we ship your order.
The Big, Bulky & Non-Standard Stuff
Sometimes, gear needs a bit of special handling.
Large & Heavy Gear: Really big items (like large family tents, camp furniture, or dimensionally long items) have to travel via a bulk road transport carrier. This can take a little longer, usually 3-7 days from dispatch, but it's the safest way to get it to you.
Extra Charges: In a few special cases, extra freight charges might apply. This is for things like dangerous goods (e.g., gas canisters), Saturday deliveries, or deliveries to non-standard or unusual locations.
Overseas Adventurers: Our free shipping perk is for our awesome members within New Zealand. If your delivery address is outside of New Zealand, we'll get in touch with you directly to confirm your shipping options and any costs before we send your order.
Returns on 'Free Shipping' Orders
We're stoked to offer free shipping to our members! Just note that if you're returning an item for a refund (and not an exchange), we may need to deduct the original, non-member shipping cost from your refund. This simply covers the shipping fee that we covered for you on the way out.
