What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-order shows when stock is on order with our supplier but is still available for purchase. Pre-orders are shipped at a later date as shown when stock arrives in to our distribution centre.
Why place a Pre-Order?
Pre-ordering products gives you first access to stock as soon as it becomes available. With some stock lines we often sell out on Pre-Order before stock is readily available to everybody. Pre-Ordering can avoid you missing out or having to wait longer than usual for stock to arrive.
What does the Estimated Shipping date mean?
The Estimated Shipping Date is when we expect stock to be available to ship to you. Estimated shipping dates are not delivery dates. You will still need to allow the usual number of shipping days for your Pre-ordered goods to arrive. Please note the shipping date is an estimate and may change as our delivery estimates change.
What happens if the Estimated Shipping date changes?
If you place an item on Pre-order with us and the estimated shipping date changes to be later than originally expected, we will contact you to let you know of the delay. You can of course cancel your Pre-order if the delay is not suitable.
