The OZtrail Blockout 270 Awning 2.5 m combines an expansive shade footprint with a compact pack size. This sturdy awning is crafted from heavy-duty 280gsm Ripstop polycotton canvas with a 1500mm water head rating. OZtrail's BlockOut technology blocks up to 95% of light and can reduce temperatures by up to 10 degrees, providing your best protection from the harsh Australian sun.

The unique 270-degree shape offers over 20 square meters of coverage, wrapping around the sides and rear of your vehicle. The included universal wall easily attaches to extend your coverage or provide privacy. Lightweight U-channel alloy rafters house integrated upright poles for a fast and simple setup and pack-down. For even more coverage, an included roof panel slides into the last rafter, allowing you to secure it to your roof rack to protect the rear of your vehicle in adverse weather conditions. Premium mounting hardware is included and is compatible with most roof rack configurations.

NB: Regarding BlockOut Coatings:

The BlockOut coating is designed to block up to 95% of light and reduce the internal tent temperature by up to 10 degrees. There are four layers of coating applied to the fabric to achieve this feature. The material can sometimes have a ‘speckle’ effect where it looks like there is some light coming through the material, this doesn’t mean there is an issue with the flysheet.
