How to use On Track Flameless Heater Bags:

• Open the Flameless Heater Bag. Remove the white heating element from its plastic wrapper.
• Place your On Track Meal (MRE pouch) inside the heater bag.
• Add 50ml of water.
• Seal the zip lock.
• Wait 7–10 minutes… then dig in!

How to dispose of heater element:

1. Flameless Heater Bag elements, contain a mixture of aluminium powder, calcium carbonate, sodium carbonate & calcium oxide, which react with water to produce heat.
2. To dispose of heaters, it's important to let them cool completely after use. Once they have cooled down, you can dispose of them in regular household waste.
3. It's important to note that you should not puncture or tamper with the heaters, and they should not be disposed of in a fire or incinerator
