Payments can be made in any of the following ways.

Apply for Finance
Currently we offer finance on any single product purchase or combined product purchases over the value of $399. Applications can be made directly with Gilrose via their online Finance Application page here or directly with us in store. Learn more about Finance options here
 
Bank Deposit
Select the "Bank Deposit" option at the time of your order processing to make payment by direct credit from your bank account to ours. This can be done by Internet banking online, phone banking or by making payment in person at any Bank of New Zealand branch.
Your order confirmation will contain our bank account details. When making payment please leave your order number or last name as a payment reference. When your deposit is confirmed we will send your goods and let you know they are on the way.
Account details for payment via Internet banking, phone banking or branch deposit are provided by the website at the time of your order being processed. In the event of these not been received or lost they are as follows:

NB: To ensure the prompt processing of your order and to avoid shipping delays, please put your order number or last name in the reference section. Payments made without a reference or incorrect information cannot be processed immediately and could potentially be delayed until payment details are clarified.

NB: International payments made directly to our bank account incur additional fees. All fees incurred by us to receive payment are the purchaser’s responsibility, please ensure that payment for these fees is included when making payment to our account.

Layby
EquipOutdoors offers an in house Layby payment plan for all purchases (excluding gift vouchers) over $100.00.

To use our Layby payment option, choose the Layby payment option during the checkout stage. As soon as we receive your order we will be in touch with all the details to get your Layby purchase underway. Alternatively, you can call into our store and we’ll setup your layby with you.

By using our Layby payment option you agree to the following Terms and conditions: 

  • A 10% deposit of the total value of your order is due within 7 days of us receiving your order.
  • The remaining balance must be paid within 12 weeks or sooner. 
  • If for any reason the layby is cancelled after payments have commenced, an administration fee of $25 may be payable.
  • There is no penalty for paying off your layby earlier.
  • When making Layby payments via Bank Transfer please use the Order # supplied with your order confirmation. 
  • Payments can be made via Credit Card, but you will need to contact us directly by phone with your credit card details each time you wish to make a payment. We recommend setting up a weekly payment to avoid any complications.
  • At the end of the layby term and or when payment has been received in full, your order will be available for collection in store or delivered to you as per your chosen delivery method. 

Credit Cards 
We accept payment using Visa or Mastercard. Select the appropriate card type at the time of your order processing.

PayPal
Select PayPal at the time of your order processing. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to continue your PayPal Express Checkout.

Q Card
We accept payment using Q Card. Select Q Card at the time of your order processing.
