We brought this so that we could bbq on our 2 burner. It was fabulous because of its versatility. It is cast iron so it is sturdy but being reversible was perfect.

This pan has a great balance between being light weight but having just enough thickness in the base to disperse heat pretty evenly. Once properly seasoned, this pan also performs really well. The only minor downside is that the metal that runs along the side of the wooden handle does become hot during use, if the wooden handle was slightly wider this wouldn't be an issue at all.
